Avalon Springs Master Plan
Avalon Springs’ development plan consists of eighty lodging units, as well as dining, programming, hot springs bathing, and wellness spa facilities. The plan incorporates a combination of renovated existing buildings with new permanent and semi-permanent structures.
The development will take place on two interconnected sites. “The lower site” includes the renovated lodge, a reception building, an art studio, the hot springs and spa facilities, and a total of forty one lodging units. “The upper site,” a meadow on top of a hill with views of the surrounding mountains, will include thirty nine units, a guest services building, a large programming yurt, a gathering pavilion, an amphitheater, and gardens and orchards.
